Paignton Zoo and Living Coasts

South West Environmental Parks Limited operates Paignton Zoo a major West Country visitor attraction and Living Coasts a visitor attraction in Torquay.

For many years, it has been company policy that staff who interact with visitors should undertake the Welcome Host course.

Our experience of running the Welcome Host course has been very good and we have requested and used the same trainer for a number of years. The trainer we have used is excellent, knows our business well and what we are looking for out of the course. I believe that Welcome Host has our staff more confident in dealing with visitors.

We plan to continue holding an on site one day Welcome Host course annually as this course completely suits our needs. I would certainly recommend the course to other businesses.
