How to Participate in our training courses

Our customer service training courses are extremely flexible with a range of delivery options including training your own trainer and in house programmes. You can choose from:

Open course delivery - these are arranged by the Welcome to Excellence managers, at various locations throughout England, to enable individual participants or companies to attend.

In-house courses - are delivered on your own premises by one of our experienced trainers at a time to suit. Courses can be customised to your own needs or company objectives.

Trainer briefings - we train and support a member of your own staff to deliver Welcome to Excellence programmes within your business or organisation.

A unique branded customer service course – we work with you to create a specific training course for your own business, organisation, destination, trade association or local community. 

Welcome to Excellence corporate endorsements – Larger organisations with their own customer care package and training programme can work with us to enhance and supplement their own activities.
