Create your own bespoke customer service course
At Welcome to Excellence, we pride ourselves on providing a personalised service to all of our customers, whichever option they choose. Sometimes however, organisations may wish to have their own customised course developed, tailored specifically to their business or destination. This allows the organisation flexibility to adapt the content, design and delivery of the course, offering participants additional learning such as organisation objectives, workplace policies or local destination knowledge.
Tailor-made course content
We work with organisations and destinations to produce tailor-made customer service programmes, with course content that is in line with their local/organisation needs, which are as follows:
Destination programmes - Welcome Host Gold destination course that dovetails local product knowledge with customer service content.
Bespoke company programmes - Welcome to Excellence course tailored to meet the organisation's requirements - branding, corporate strategy, policies and customer service standards etc. Companies that have chosen this route include English Heritage, First Bus, Gatwick Airport and Metrobus.
Customised course materials
We consult with you right from the start to make the design of the participant materials bespoke by adding your own branding and pictures into the course materials. After a full consultation, we will design the course materials which can include a participant guide, trainer manual and accompanying PowerPoint, banner badge and certificate.
You will have the chance to approve the content and design of the course materials before we professionally print these for you.
Training your trainers
The recommended option for delivery is for us to train your organisation's trainers who can deliver a personalised course to staff, which is cost effective and flexible.
