Corporate endorsements for customer service courses
Corporate endorsements can be arranged for larger companies with their own in-house customer care package and trainers. A fee is payable for a Trainer Briefing and once trained the trainers can either have their existing customer care training materials accredited according to Welcome to Excellence standards or purchase 'off the shelf' materials from their local Welcome to Excellence manager for scheduled training days. Companies working with us in this way include Bourne Leisure, English Heritage and London Gatwick Airport.
