Whatever the size of your business as soon as 50% of your staff (including part-time and seasonal) have attended any Welcome to Excellence training course you can gain recognition for your commitment to training and customer service through a customer service charter. Let your customers know that you are committed to great customer service!
You will also be able to display the Welcome to Excellence logo on your letterhead, on your website or in your advertising.
All you need to do is let us know you have achieved the 50% target by completing the declaration form and returning it to your local Welcome to Excellence contact.
We will send you a Welcome to Excellence certificate/charter (which is valid for 2 years) as well as supply any artwork you need.
We will also help you showcase your achievement, collaborating with you on press releases, case studies and photographs on our website.
