Welcome to Excellence were delighted to work in partnership with the Customer Service Training Network to sponsor the Customer Service Innovation of the Year Award.
The awards presentation lunch took place on 6 July in London and was a great opportunity to recognise and celebrate the companies that are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
It was a special day for Welcome to Excellence as not only did we launch our latest Delivering Service Excellence course, we were also delighted to discover that Bourne Leisure won the Customer Service Training Programme of the Year award for Hotel & Leisure.
