Customer Service Training Awards 2013

Haven Holidays – Owners Experience celebrated major success at the prestigious Customer Service Training Network Awards at a ceremony held in London on 6th July.   Antony Smith, Training and Culture Manager with four in-house training ‘Pioneers’ were presented with the best Customer Service Training Team of the Year Award in the Hospitality and Independent providers category.   The training ‘Pioneers’ went onto win the overall training team of the year Award which included all sector categories.  The company works closely with the training team at Tourism South East and their in-house training programme is mapped to the national customer service standards and endorsed by Welcome to Excellence.
