I attended the Welcome Host Gold training in Exeter along with my colleague and I just wanted to say how wonderful we thought Sue was as a trainer. We have both attended courses in the past (not with Welcome to Excellence), but have found that they can leave you a little sleepy. However, this was not the case. Sue made the training interactive, interesting and fun. It was great how she involved everybody without putting anyone on the spot. Overall I can honestly say it was the best training day I have attended in recent years and the content was able to be applied to the range of businesses that were there on the day. This made it easy to think to yourself how they could be applied to your own business, customers and circumstance.
